We offer a 7-day Free Trial for all new businesses. Upon expiration, you must choose a paid subscription plan to continue using your subdomain and management tools. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the trial period.
As part of our service, you are granted a custom subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.rokopage.com). You can change your subdomain, but please note that subdomain changes are restricted to once every 7 days to maintain platform stability and SEO integrity.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including product details, business information, and logos. However, by uploading content, you grant us the right to host and display it on your public profile. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data you upload.
If you provide a GSTIN, it will be used for all future invoicing. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data. As per statutory requirements, records of your transactions and invoices will be maintained for tax audit and GST filing purposes even after your subscription ends or account is closed.
We reserved the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your public subdomain will be deactivated.
